The Angers Premiers Plans Festival puts around a hundred first European films in competition each year. The French Institute, through its support for the emergence of young talents, accompanies the festival and offers a selection of 10 feature films from its recent programming, which may give rise to regional tours with the aim of promoting innovative and creative cinematography. , but also directors, screenwriters and actors beyond borders.
