Alain, an international auditor, comes to assess the airport of a small self-proclaimed republic in the Caucasus in order to give the green light to its reopening. Edgar, a local boy, engages in a strange trade around the airport. In contact with the boy and the inhabitants, Alain discovers this isolated land and risks everything to allow the country to open up.
