Pousse-Pousse
A three-wheeled delivery driver, a messenger by trade, wants to marry Rose, but her father, Papa Bisséké, intends to take excessive advantage of the age-old custom of the dowry. Although Pousse-Pousse (the hero's nickname) even went so far as to take back the deposit he paid to the seller to buy a nice motorized three-wheeler, Papa Bisséké increases his financial demands even further. Pousse-Pousse can no longer meet his demands. The wedding will nevertheless take place thanks to the complicity of Bernadette, Rose's sister, and Hélène, Pousse-Pousse's sister. It follows the modern rite at the town hall and the traditional rite in the village. All's well that ends well...
