After Lee's death by overdose, Emily, his partner, is sent to prison in Canada for six months for drug trafficking. Their son Jay, has been living with Lee's parents for several years. To see him again and regain custody of her son, Emily must give up drugs, change her life and try to regain her place as a mother with her son who rejects her. To do this, she will have to rebuild her life... get clean. She will gradually regain her footing in normal life, weaning herself off drugs with difficulty, living from odd jobs in Paris. She will also have to make a choice between a professional life that can start again and the custody of her son.
