This documentary retraces the itinerary and practice of the artist Fabrice Hybert from 1984 to 2004. The different aspects of his work mixing genres (video, sculpture, painting, installation, communication ...) are explained by the artist in the moments of their creation. We discover his projects in various places: at the French Pavilion of the Venice Biennale, which he transformed into a real television studio, in Catalonia with an experience of public work that tackles territory and identity, with the C'Hybert Rally, a treasure hunt set in a place designed to find the works of the artist. An archive of works and events, commented by Fabrice Hybert, sheds light on his place in the field of art, his commitment and his vision of the world. The storyboard, a process used with the artist in the film, refers to a narrative and plastic form that Fabrice Hybert commonly uses in his works.
