Delphine's plans for a holiday in Greece fall apart when the friend she was supposed to go with cancels. She searches in vain for an alternative that satisfies her. While dreaming of true love and complaining about her loneliness, she behaves throughout the film in such a way as to reinforce this loneliness and mourn it. She follows an initiatory itinerary where each of her encounters presents itself as an ordeal to be overcome. Indeed, to save her from this solitude, each one pushes her to renounce what she is, a romantic who believes in true love.
