Mathias, who was living in Germany, decides to return to France. In the train, he meets a man who threatens him, insults him and disappears. The next day, he discovers in his suitcase a human head reduced to the size of a Jivaro Indian. Mathias can't think of anything else but this head, tries to solve its mystery and isolates himself completely from the world...
