Magali, a 45-year-old winegrower, feels isolated in the countryside since her son and daughter left. One of her friends, Isabelle, is unwittingly looking for a husband for her with the help of classified ads. On the other hand, Rosine, her son's girlfriend, wants to introduce him to her former philosophy teacher, Étienne, with whom she had an affair. The two men are to be introduced to her at Isabelle's daughter's wedding. Étienne is immediately displeased with Magali without knowing anything about her friend's maneuvers. She is immediately attracted to the man in the ad: Gérald.
