Antoine Dainel, the hero of the 400 blows still lives in Paris and sees his friend René again. He is now seventeen years old and works for a record company. He went to a concert and met Colette, he fell in love with her immediately. He did everything he could to see her again and even moved to live near her. Colette considers Antoine as a friend. One evening, while Antoine is having dinner at Colette's house, a friend comes to pick up Colette. Antoine finishes the evening with Colette's parents, while watching on television the concert to which he wanted to invite her.
