10ème chambre - Instants d'audience

From May to July 2003, Raymond Depardon obtained exceptional authorisation to film the hearings of the 10th Correctional Chamber of Paris. Ten years after Flagrant Offences, he re-interrogates the functioning of the judicial machine, proposing this new citizen documentary, an unpublished testimony on the functioning of the judicial machine. From the simple summons for driving under the influence of alcohol to the nightly referrals, 10th Chamber plunges us into the daily life of a court: twelve cases, twelve stories of men and women who have, one day, found themselves facing justice.
