L'Illusionniste
At the end of the 1950s, a revolution shook the world of music hall: the phenomenal success of rock music, whose young stars attracted the crowds, eclipsed the traditional shows - acrobats, jugglers, ventriloquists - which were considered outdated. The illusionist can only note that he belongs from now on to a category of artists in way of disappearance. The offers of contracts being more and more rare, he is forced to leave the big Parisian theaters and leaves with his doves and his rabbit to try his luck in London... The film is based on a script never produced by Jacques Tati and is presented as an animated version of Tati himself.
