For two and a half months, Raymond Depardon accompanied a brigade of sixty policemen from the 5th arrondissement of Paris. Alone, camera on his shoulder, the filmmaker shows the relations that the policemen have with the citizens, in the most daily requests, and, capturing these exchanges, shows us a little more about our society.
