De guerre lasses
People are fighting each other. The day is coming when the guns fall silent. Yet each one of us, in the intimacy of our feelings, continues to live this conflict that shapes us forever, as if this silent battle could not stop and had to be insidiously transmitted between generations. "De guerre lasses" as a manifesto by three women, a cry of life against war. Somewhere in Bosnia, in the aftermath of the recent conflict, but it could be anywhere else. Gathered together by their common distress, accompanied by their children, these women live, cry, sing, dance and laugh, for the time of a therapeutic work, in a big house that welcomes them. But above all they speak or rather try, through an often difficult word, to make the choice of life and to find a meaning to an existence ravaged by war.
